sorry i got snippy. was reacting to your message which was pretty
snippy itself.
i know you work hard and i was not expecting you to become an
expert. i would have been happy with " i will look into it some day
when i have time".
In any case your change is exactly correct. the digest size is very
much improved. Thank You.

There isn't some magic fairy, the inconvenience that users have gone
through is a tiny, tiny fraction of inconvenience that I had to go
through this past few weeks.
I have looked through the digest options, the closest thing there is
to controlling the regularly of the digests is the maximum size of the
digest, I've upped this from 30kb to 100kb.
