You can always submit changes to the svn head for inclusion in a Reference
Manual for the next major release (like v2.2).

Bob and I also intend to update code comments for the existing v1.2 and v2.0
manuals. More info later on how the community can help, if they want to get
involved.

I need to check with Bob on this, but we might put together a simple
"how-to" guide for using Doxygen tags in the source code comments so that
anyone who wants to help will use tags consistently (if something like this
is needed, and if it doesn't already exist).
