I noticed that two of the OptimizerOptions values, COPY_SHARED_NODES and FLATTEN_STATIC_TRANSFORMS_DUPLICATING_SHARED_SUBGRAPHS, have the same enum value (0x100). Is this intentional? This is in 2.6 RC1.
