sorry just submitted before written completely:
I made this forum read only, so that it does only reflects the mailing list.
Nobody except of Moderators can post messages there through the forum. I think
this is the way we want to have it. However messages could still be posted
through the mailing list.
If later somebody of contributors became moderators of the forum, then they can
post there, if they like it ;)
However, I think it will be better to connect the News forum with a prefix
[news] to the subject of the mails sent through osg-users mailing list. So if
you think it would be a better idea, I could do so.
