No, they aren't really removed, of course. The default page only shows the entries for the current day, but all entries can be accessed via the menu (calendar-previous-current-next).
Yes of course, I meant they're not visible on the main dashboard page. I should have been more precise. I think J.P. was worried that the list on that page would grow endlessly...
