This isn't an OSG issue, but a general topic of rendering, the OSG community is really about teaching you everything you need to know to do write your software. Go have a look at some books on the topic of rendering, there are also lots of online resources. Just search for motion blurr. The OpenGL Shading Language book (the organge one) has a little section of motion blur in shaders so perhaps this would be what you are looking for.
