Well, such mailbomb is not difficult to do, but gee - that's a bit crazy
thing to do for one spammer. I am quite sure the few thousands of users on
the list won't appreciate it.
Futhermore, it could still be a forum subscriber, those won't be caught by
it. It can be also a misconfigured notification from a system like GMane -
i.e. the person may not even be a subscriber on the list/forum in the first
place.

BTW, it is getting pretty meta - I am now receiving the bounces for this
thread about the bounces :-p
