Sorry for being unclear.

No, in CMakeLists.txt

What I'm saying is that I cannot find the 3rd party paths for Cairo anywhere; 
not in the Cmake GUI, and not in the CMakeLists.txt file.  But what I think 
you're saying is that I should comment out the line from CMakeLists.txt I noted 
in my previous post:
