You have a Maya exporter:
http://maya2osg.sourceforge.net/
but I am not sure that it exports animation (it was planned to be done in  
2010).

Another option could be exporting your scene from Maya to 3DS Max, and there is 
a well-maintained exporter Max->OSG:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/osgmaxexp/

You have also Blender exporter:
https://github.com/cedricpinson/osgexport

Take the 2.5 version, look at :
https://github.com/cedricpinson/osgexport/blob/master/blender-2.5/exporter/osg/__init__.py

and see that it supports Blender 2.63 right now. Cedric is always updating it.
