I'm not a windows user (haven't been for over a decade) so I can't help with specifics. In general I would say that the members of the probably won't be able to provide much more details than already supplied on the getting started guide. To help sort things out it would be best to describe what steps you've done and what hasn't worked so that others can pin point the issue and provide a specific answer.
