Hi Pankaj, Form the information provide there isn't any way for us to know what is going wrong in your case. Best I can do is provide general comments.
First up look at the center and radius you are setting for the PagedLOD - make sure it matches up to the subgraphs that will be loaded underneath it. Also make sure the LOD ranges are appropriate.
