I'm not a Qt expert so can't comment too deeply on the Qt side, but even with my rather shallow knowledge of Qt I find your qestion rather too open ended to answer. When you say you want Qt widget as child of an OSG view what exactly do you mean? Is it that you want Qt widgets rendered into the 3D scene? If so go have a look at osgQtWidgets example. If not then I'm really not sure what you mean.
