Personally I also think that additional moderators would be appropriate.

I see numerous posts with the subject "[ Topic is awaiting approval ]".
I assume that is due to a lack of sufficient moderators on the forum? Are
more needed? What is required to be a moderator? Is it strictly an admin
function or does one need to be an OSG guru?
