This is a known shakedown scam. Typically Ross Investments won't exist, and it's a ploy by hk-ip.org to try to get you to buy domains from them.
If you ignore it, what will typically happen is the mysteriously, Ross Investments will turn out not to buy those domains for some reason! ;) Ignore it.
