Links to the downloads we provide are on the openscenegraph website, just look under downloads then dependencies. However, the vrml plugin depends upon OpenVRML which is not a commonly used format and dependency these days so it's unlikely to be included in third party downloads. You will mostly likely need to just build OpenVRML from source.
