Yes strange :-), I am sure I was up to date when I run it first time.

It does seem to be an Nvidia complier issue, I did a bit of searching and
came with this post, I will cut and paste it here.

I am surprised my latest Hardware does not support it (NVidia 7800GT).
hardware is moving to quick ;-)
