Admittedly, the tests are simple, but it seems that the hotfix works as
advertised. The spinlock issues are gone, and the mipmap issue is also
gone. The wireframe issue is also gone (although I think that went a
while ago).

issues are resolved, and we'll wait for them to show up in a public driver release.
