Yeah, I could tell during the merge that Terrex hadn't bothered to grab
the latest version of OSG to make changes to, they just took what they
had on hand and modified that.  In particular, they never bothered to
include the support for the tile-local origin mode that I added to the
OSG txp loader.  This was a quite a surprise, given that one of the
reasons for getting TerraVista (the product that produces txp databases)
is to generate large paged terrains where you need a tile-local origin
to eliminate precision issues.

I thought I caught all the pre-OSG1.0-isms in the code, but apparently I
missed some - which in particular did you notice?  You can send me
details off-line if you don't want to pollute osg-users with such
discussions.  :-)
