Opcode 66, yes, that's bad. :-) Is your OpenFlight model pretty old? Opcode 66 is the obsoleted fixed-size material palette record. OpenFlight files now use opcode 113 for material palette records. Not sure when this was obsoleted, but it probably happened when they switched from Flight to OpenFlight (v14).
If you have access to a recent version of Creator, I'd advise you to load the model and save it back out as a v15.8. The current OSG OpenFlight loader seems to work best with v15.6 to v15.8 files.
