Hi All,

I have updated osgProducer::OsgCameraGroup to account for the changes
to Producer's management of the threading model, this re-enables
multi-thread camera usage when one has multiple cameras.  A cvs update
to OpenSceneGraph will get you this fix.

If your app fits this type of usage then you this will mean a tidy
performance improvement, I've seen 50+% improvments in framerates.
