Hello Matthew,
Another thing that happen(ed) at least on MingW, the lib/MINGW32
directory is not created automatically and we got an error similar to
yours. Try creating manually "lib/CYGWIN32"
at the root of Producer.
I do not know if it has been fixed since OSG 1.0.
