Hi Bruce,

FrameStamp is used to define the current time and the frame number of
the frame.  Typically its used by animation code to produce
syncronized updates.

A local CameraNode would be typically used for a HUD or render to
texture effect.  Do a search for CameraNode in the examples and you'll
find plenty of uses.
