Hi, I'm currently playing with osgHaptics myself, but I'm new to OSG.

I thing you have to make the shapes as you want them your self. If you want a cube with holes in it you have to make a Drawable or ShapeDrawable node that is the way you want it.

Hope that is right and that that helps you.

Hi,

I am working on OSG haptics.

I would like to render a face of cube haptically. But would not like to
render whole face of cube,
only a part of it..say for example at the middle of a face haptic device
shud be free to penetrate into cube.

To be more precise,i wud like pass thru the cube from a hole at the center
and only area(face) around the hole shud be rendered so that we can pass
thru
into the cube.

I feel this can be done by using some contraints.

I need some suggestions and instructions for working on this.

Any kind of help in this regard would be great.

Currently i am using OpenSceneGraphs with OSG haptics.

thank you
