I'm still looking, because I am still experiencing unexplained crashes under the new compiler and OSG 1.1. I don't know if they're related or not, but the new compiler definitely seems to be exposing issues the old didn't.
Is there a debugging technique that I could use to positively provoke or identify these types of errors? I'm still stupefied about how they even come about.
