Clearly this is a example of sloppy naming under Windows - all the files in directory you sent are lower case, and the above are mixed. There are also a couple of files arn't in the zip file such as mountainbike.rgba. Could you possibly create the zip file with all the textures in place and correctly named, and repost it?
