Mike and the COLLADA folks: Thanks for the binary COLLADA plugin in the Mew.cx
installer. We tested it on the COLLADA models from our Google Earth exporter. It seems to
work well -- better than GE itself in some cases. ;)
We do notice that it doesn't seem to interpret surface colors properly when they use
the Lambert or Constant lighting models. These are the lighting models we use to represent
flat-shaded geometry (that we don't want Phong shading on).
Are we not writing the models properly, or is the plugin not equipped to work with
those lighting modes?
I can provide samples if anyone wants them.
