VirtualDub http://www.virtualdub.org/ converts images (png, bmp, tga, jpg)
into movies. Just select "File->Open Video File->File type: Image sequence",
choose the first image in your sequence and you're done. All images must be
named in ascending order, though. Something like "frame0000.tga" ...
"frame9967.tga."
