I got everything to build under MinGW with MSYS. I had to install a bunch of support libraries from the gnuwin32 project to get some of the plugins to compile.

I don't know if I ever bothered looking at what the plugin modules names were.
I basically just did "make" and "make install" and every just worked.

sorry to bother: I ' m trying to set up a cross platform build, I' m gathering info on on the different builds.

If you are currently using MinGW, expecially with CVS, would be very helpful to know which packages did you downloaded and which plugins did you built (I did not found any pre-built GDAL on gnuwin32.sourceforge.net ) I' m not an expert on MinGW, Ive managed to build most of OSG apart from things that rely on external deps,

Thanks a lot

Thanks for the suggestion, I' ve still some problem with all of them, even jpeg that should be C Are there any specila linkin flags to link against pre-built win32 libs built with VisualStudio?
otherwise ... I' ll try compiling it under MINGW

If someone has built with MINGW, does the plugins have to be called "libosgdb_xxx.dll ?

Thanks in advance

'C' libraries should work

'C++' libraries have to be made with MingW
