Ok stop that there is much easier to write properly.
New to 1.2 is the Win32 and Win64 support, to deferentiate between the two builds the .dll's are named with their respective targets. OpenThreads should be build as OpenThreadsWin32.dll, check in the OpenThreads directory to see what dll it has built. Next up check your paths to see if its pointing to this directory. Next up you could set up your paths or just install the dll to wherever you want. This process should be the same as for previous versions of the OSG.
