Bottom line is we feedback now on dates, and likehood that you'll be able to make it.
Current dates that overlap for the most people is the last three days of week 42, so the dates Wednesday 18- Friday 20th October. Followed by the first three days of week 44 - Monday 30th-31st November.

Callander is a small town so there will be no need to organise transport for around Callander, unless you plan to go sight seeing before/afterwards. So all you need is a good pair of shoes.
You might also want to bring some walking boots and wam and water proof clothing too, as its pretty likely I'll drag you out into the local country side for a forest, lochside or hill walk ;-)
If you can get yourself to Glasgow or Edinburgh airport then I can probably pick you up by car and deliver you here, as long as you don't arrive during the event itself. Alternatively from the airport there are rail links to Stirling, and I could pick you up from there.
