You might want to try out the SWIG binding stuff here:

If you can wait a bit (read as: this afternoon) I have some updated
version for OSG 1.2 but I am waiting for our admin to open up the
subversion repository for the public.
You can't run SWIG directly on the headers without doing some trickery.
But wOSG nicely integrates with wxPython and the like.
