That is my experience on Quadro cards (up to FX4500 anyway)
Using three windows on an SLI setup I am limited to 20hz (if running at
60). And with vsync off it has a chance to sing along (at least to songs
that don't need vsync).

Does this ring a bell with anyone else? I need to do some deeper testing to
confirm this, but it is an issue I'd like to take up with NVidia if the ball
is in their court here.
