Hi Ed,

osgfbo existed to demo osg::FrameBufferObject before its functionality
was supported in osg::CameraNode.  The osg::CameraNode use the FBO
support to implement RTT effects, and you'll find examples of it in
osgprerender, osgprerendercubemap, osgshadowtexture, osgdepthshadow.
