In fact the producer process is launched during 3 secondes in a one pixel windows only to test if the client machine is viable (graphic card drivers...). If this process don't crash in these 3 secondes (let the time to test init, draw, cull...), then the 1 pixel windows in killed and a jni (java native interface) is call in the navigator to display in the inner surface but at this moment we are in the same process of the navigator and if the execution failed, the navigator crash.
So this is probably not the producer process because a crash don't affect the navigator execution. However, you must have got a log file of the crash hs_err_pid$(PID_NUMBER).log of the jvm on your desktop directory and a cooki3d log file cookiLogs$(PID_NUMBER).txt in your C:\Windows\temp directory and the jvm log in C:\Document And Setting\%USERPROFILE%\Application Data/Sun/java/deployment/log/plugin/$(YOUR_JVM).trace Perhaps you can send me directly these files, I analyse them, and I answer you what is the problem exactly.
