I render nurbs surface in osg by subclassing osg::Drawable. All work fine.
In drawImplementation(osg::State&), I can use either GL evaluators (glMap2f,
glMapGrid2f, glEvalMesh2), or gluNurbsSurface(). Both work. However, I do
believe glu have some bugs on some data, particularly when knot-vector values
are quite un-evenly distributed, (surface segment mapped to a very small
knot-interval will miss).

But no problem when directly use GL.

Subject: [osg-users] NURBS!

Hello all,

I am curious to know if anybody has ANY resources which might be
helpful in getting a simple NURBS spline and NURBS surface working in
osg. The NURBS++ library for C++ is dead and seems abandoned.

Ideally, it would be nice to have basic interaction with the control
points, but at this point I would just love to get something rendering
on screen.

Thanks,
-Austin
