Hi Chuck,

Thanks for the versioning information.  My guess is that the problem
lies with the SGI Inventor build under Linux.

I don't have either Coin or Inventor installed on my system right now
- 64 bit Linux so perhaps I'd have the same problems as you with
building Coin.

9 or 10.

I was never able to get Coin to compile 64-bit, so I gave up on using
it.
