Is that an oversight, or are these files really under a different
copyright from the rest of Open Scene Graph?

This must have be from a long way back when I was contemplating dual
licensing, and missed fixing it.

I have now fixed the copyright notice, making it consistent with the
rest of the OSG, under the OSGPL.
