Try linking against /usr/X11R6/lib64/libX11.so instead of
/usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.so

Sincerely,

Ayite

Is this a 64 bit build perhaps?

        Hello,

When I try to build the producer out of cvs on red hat linux it
gives me
        some compiler errors.

        /usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.so
searching
        for -lX11
        /usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.a
searching for
        -lX11
        /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lX11

Then errors out of the compile. Anyone ever have this problem or
know
        why it might be caused?

        Thanks,
