Window close is now fully working in GraphicsWindowX11, with it kill
any associated GraphicsThread and closing the X11 window safely.

I have also added detection of windows being closed (become invalid)
into osgViewer::Viewer  so that it automatically adjusts the new
window situation.  It handles changes by stopping all threads and only
restarting it if multi-threaded option is set and their are enough
contexts to warrant it.

To do this there is now full support for starting and stopping
graphics threads during the normal life of the viewer.  This will
allow us to add or remove cameras and graphics windows on the fly,
this isn't yet wired in but the new threading controls opens the door
to this, so what this space ;-)
