SLN/VCPROJ are XML, but are MUCH harder for humans to read and edit due to the
widespread use of numeric enums "1", "2", "3" where DSP used understandable IDs like
"GENERATEDEBUGINFO" "DONTGENERATEDEBUGINFO".
