I'm afraid there isn't a control for this. I presume that you want to adjust the relationship between mouse movement and rate of change of viewing distance? Currently this is hardwired in src/osgGA/TrackballManipulator.cpp. As a general aim I would like to make parameters like this customizable, and all it should take is adding an extra member variable, exposing it via a set/get method and wiring up the calculation of the movement. I am however rather overwhelmed with work so can't take on such items, you are welcome to add what need and submit the changes for inclusion with the OSG.
