No date yet. I need to lock down osgViewer and osgShadow before I can go for 1.3. I would have loved to get 1.3 out in December, then in January... Now I'd love to get it out this month, and it should be possible, but with the number of big introductions we'll have to do more testing than usual. To help 1.3 come sooner we need the community to pitch in and start testing right away. osgViewer is the most obvious source of changes.
