But no. LGPL should be fine for closed source software, provided you
abide by the dynamic linking clauses. You're probably confusing the
LGPL with the GPL, the latter being unfriendly with closed software.
Just don't statically link OpenThreads with your proprietary stuff and
you should be okay.

Also, it is good to keep in mind that the OSG license doesn't let you
dictate your own terms but you are abiding by the terms of the OSGPL.
