No, as far as I'm the BlueMarblViewer had its own camera control. The osgGA doesn't have a camara manipulator that does this. You can write you own camera control, either using one of the presetn osgGA::MatrixManipulators as a base, or simple setting up the view matrix yourself and applying on each frame.
