Do I use viewer->computeIntersections as usually when the viewer is

CompositeViewer doesn't directly have a computeIntersections method,
you instead have to look to the osgViewer::View that it uses., The
View has a computeIntersection method.

How does it know in which of the two cameras I'm doing picking?

The viewer tracks which viewports that mouse is over and select the
Camera from this, and from this infers back with View this Camera is
part of. This mouse events will then be passed onto this View.
