Hi Ivan, I'm not sure if you are talking about just glare, or the fancy flare affects you get when looking through a camera? In either case you need this: 1) 3D to 2D window position conversion of the flare source. 2) Near the edge of the screen fade the flare as you see fit. 3) Occlusion check for flare. (This can be depth test, or hit test). ie. make sure the flare affect changes if a building is in front of the flare source. You can use osgpick as the code to look at.
