The src/osgPlugins/vrml/READEME.txt already has:

OpenVRML (http://openvrml.org/)
OpenSceneGraph (http://www.openscenegraph.org/)
CAUTION!
This version of the plugin requires OpenVRML 0.14.3. Version 0.16.2
*WILL NOT* work!
