We have the content served by http and https, exactly the same content

AH! That was my problem.. I was trying https://www.openscenegraph.org
since I'm used to using the ".org" instead of the ".com".
Thanks a bunch!

Robert / OpenSceneGraph.com admins,
Are there any plans to deploy HTTPS on www.openscenegraph.org? (I
realize there are more important things right now like getting 1.3 out).
I know it's something that I'd like at work because our ghetto proxy
server (and I think most default installations of Squid[1] ) block the
HTTP request types that subversion uses. HTTPS gets around this problem
entirely though, since usually Squid allows direct connections on 443.
