I have no idea why this is - the CMake files seems correct but it still
doesn't build, and doesn't install.
example/osgintersection/CMakeLists.txt was missing, so I've added this.
2: A "make install" misses (at least) osgIntrospection/ExtendedTypeInfo
Adding ExtendedTypeInfo to src/osgIntrospection/CMakeList.txt seems to
fix this.
I've added this as well.
As svn update should fix these problems.
