  osgTDS is a cross-platform open source OSG plugin that adds natural
deformations to terrain databases to conform to the accurate locations of
building or other target models. osgTDS adds these deformations at database
load time, avoiding costly modeling or other offline process expenses.

  osgTDS is based on an algorithm developed by Roy Latham of CGSD and
presented in the IMAGE 2006 paper "Dynamic Terrain Modification Using A
Correction Algorithm". The osgTDS plugin was developed by Don Burns at Andes
Computer Engineering with development assistance and documentation by Paul
Martz of Skew Matrix Software.
